Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the counselling and support services in sexology, intimacy, and relationship well-being provided by Juliette Chauvet, online and remotely.

Article 2 – Services Offered

Discovery Call (free – 20 minutes)
Individual Consultation (60 minutes – €75)
Couple Consultation (90 minutes – €110)

Languages: French, English, and German

Location: Online (video conference)


Article 3 –

Payment
Payment is made in EUROS (€) by bank transfer to the following account:

Payment is due within 14 days after the session.

In case of late payment, fees may be applied in accordance with Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.

No refunds will be issued, except in exceptional circumstances assessed individually.


Article 4 – Booking and Cancellation

A booking is confirmed once the appointment has been scheduled.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. 

Rescheduling is possible up to 4 hours before the session.


Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or unjustified absences will be charged in full.
If the session is cancelled by the practice, it will be rescheduled or refunded (if already paid by the client).


Article 5 – Client Behaviour

Any inappropriate, sexually explicit, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.
Juliette Chauvet reserves the right to refuse or end any collaboration in case of non-compliance with the professional framework or values of the practice.


Article 6 – Responsibilities


The support provided is not a medical act and does not replace consultation with a doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist.
If necessary, a referral to a specialized healthcare professional will be proposed.

The client agrees to be in a psychological state that allows them to receive non-medicalized support.

Article 7 – Confidentiality


All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential and protected by professional secrecy.

Article 8 – Governing Law

All consultations and Terms and Condition are conducted under French professional regulations. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
